Frequently Asked Questions
How do I withdraw from a tournament?
If you need to withdraw from a tournament you may withdraw online through Golf Genius prior to the tournament closing date. To withdraw from a tournament via the Golf Genius registration portal, follow these steps:
1. Log In: Open the event's registration page or sign in to your player profile using your email, and password.
2. Open the Menu: Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen and click the gear icon to open Player Options.
3. Go to Dashboard: Select Dashboard to view your active registrations.
4. Select the Event: Find your current tournament and click Edit Registration.
5. Cancel Registration: Open the Action dropdown and click Cancel Registration.
Failure to withdraw yourself or to notify the NNJGA Office will cause the player to be listed as a NO SHOW, resulting in loss of tournament fees.
Please understand that if you are on our waiting list and are no longer available to play, we expect you to manage your spot and take yourself off of the list. If we get your name on the waitlist, we assume you want to play and you will be moved into the event and your card will be charged. Our standard refund policy will then apply.
All tournament fees will be charged 5 days prior to the tournament.
What's the refund policy for withdrawals?
1. Once credit cards have been processed and your status no longer says “pending”; refund less $10.00 if requested within the five to four days prior to tournament.
2. Three days prior to the tournaments; 50% refund
3. No refunds within two days of the tournament.
